Free Printables!!

Image
Lately I have come to enjoy using printables (especially free ones) because they help me manage my time and tasks, as well as life goals and just things I do on a daily basis. As a very busy person, I find that the Agenda printables and To Do List printables help me stay organized, but I have found that other things that need organizing are notes. Normally, I use this "Cornell" note taker, but personally I hate using them. They don't help me. So if I have to option, I tend to use regular college ruled note book paper because personally, it just works a thousand times better. But if you are like me, you know that there is this fear that if I ever lose my notes, it will be the end of the world. To solve my problem, I have decided to make a printable for notes. I do not recommend using the note taker as an actual note taker!  I literally share my notes with everyone, but half of the time, they ask me what something is, as I often write my notes to suit my personal tas...

How I Prepare For Mid-Terms

Lo and Behold (Is that how you say it?)   My Preparation for Mid-Terms. It  is  that time of the semester again where you're getting all the notes you can scrounge up from the past nine weeks of 3rd quarter and trying to magically absorb them all into your brain before this week ends. Of course, there are other ways of preparing for Mid-Terms, even if you think you will inevitably fail.  Back in middle school, I didn't have to worry about mid-terms or finals and certainly not crazy words like Biocenosis or Symbiosis. I didn't have to know what y=mx+b stands for and I didn't have to try and memorize the entire alphabet by heart (feel me guys?). Middle school was just, to put it simply, easier than high school. As if we didn't already know that. So before I ramble on about how tiresome it gets when I hear of people copying and "sharing" information *I guess that's what they call it these days*, here are my ways of preparing for mid-terms, without ...

College???

Lately, it has been harder and harder to decide whether or not I would like to attend college. My teachers tell me that I have potential and I can go places in life. My family also says that and they tend to brag about my 'stellar' grades, but they fail to ask me what I really want. The thing is, even though I do well in school and get along with my teachers, they don't know me. And even though my family raised me, they don't know me either. They know tons about me, but not who I am. I don't even know who I am. So when people ask me what I want to be when I grow up or what my plan is, I will tell them I don't have one because it is so much easier to be undecided than to lie and say I have got it all figured out. So am I going to college? Well, I have the grades for it, but I don't know. Not yet. I don't have to. And neither do you.
